TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Mrs Supranational South Africa 2026
Please read the following carefully before submitting your entry.
1. Eligibility
This competition is open to South African citizens or permanent residents who are married, divorced, or in a recognised long-term committed relationship. Entrants must meet the minimum age requirement stipulated by the National Director.
2. Entry
All information submitted must be accurate and truthful. Submission of false information will result in immediate disqualification. Submitting this form is an application only and does not guarantee selection as a Finalist. The organisers reserve the right to accept or decline any application at their discretion.
3. Privacy (POPIA)
Your personal information will be collected and processed solely for the administration of this competition in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required for competition operations (e.g. sponsors, media). You may request access to or correction of your data by contacting info@mrssupranationalsa.co.za.
4. Media & Image Rights
By entering, you grant Mrs Supranational South Africa a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your name, image, photographs, and biographical information for promotional and marketing purposes across all platforms, including social media and mrssupranationalsa.co.za.
5. Conduct
Entrants and Finalists must conduct themselves with integrity and professionalism at all times, including on social media. Behaviour deemed contrary to the values of Mrs Supranational South Africa may result in disqualification. Finalists may not participate in any other pageant without prior written approval from the National Director.
6. Attendance & Obligations
Selected Finalists are required to attend all mandatory events, rehearsals, and appearances. The titleholder is required to fulfil all duties associated with the title throughout her reign, including public appearances, community engagements, and international competition participation.
7. Prize
The prize for Mrs Supranational South Africa 2026 is R150,000 and representation of South Africa at the international Mrs Supranational pageant, along with additional prizes subject to confirmed sponsorships. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
8. Liability
Mrs Supranational South Africa, its National Director, judges, sponsors, and partners accept no liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation. Entrants participate at their own risk.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
